yourbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if yourbet has reasonable grounds to believe that you have:
Upon termination of your account for cause, yourbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your yourbet account at any time by contacting yourbet customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and yourbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting yourbet customer support. yourbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for final resolution. yourbet also operates under the oversight of PAGCOR, and certain disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent yourbet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
yourbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yourbet will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the yourbet platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at yourbet.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the yourbet platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the yourbet platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
